Water Intrusion on Used Trailer

I've been looking on line for a gently used trailer. I occasionally see this on the walls. Is this a sign of water intrusion?

The big answer is sometimes.
Often in bathrooms and around slides/windows/door, it’s just condensation.
It could be just a bad glue down from the factory.
On an exterior wall it could be from movement.
In any of those cases it can be easily glued back down

If there is bubbling and staining near it on the floor, wall, or ceiling then yes. Also, if there is a weak spot in the floor it probably is. If there is anything screwed into the wall near it, you can sometime pull the screw and look for rust.

Check the roof, for properly maintained sealant.

That happened on my trailer a couple times during the first few years of ownership. I sprayed a light layer of water in the cracks and reseated it. It's stayed put ever since. Definitely NOT water damage in my case.

That looks like water vapor intrusion to me. I would check the humidity in the area that trailer was kept. If hot and humid in the summer and cold and dry in the winter the glue will fail. This is more cosmetic that structural damage IMHO.
