This is actually above par for the course, if you can believe that....

I'd highly recommend you locate a good independent shop to form a relationship with. If you were here in Houston, I could absolutely recommend Bob Jones RV in South Houston. I'd bet though, there's a quality shop near you that isn't the dealer.

It's not uncommon at all to get service authorized under warranty at an independent by calling the manufacturer first.

Sorry for your frustrations here. You pay good money for a product, and then the manufacturer does not deliver the quality of goods that is reasonably expected.

Sometimes you have to make a decision on what is best to do. Take it to the dealership which may take weeks for repairs, or take it to an independent rv service company, which often can make repairs a lot quicker. Depending upon our schedule, we have done both, even when under warranty. We use our RV at least once every month, so if it is at a dealership waiting for repairs, it is costing us not only $$$, but enjoyment as well. Sometimes we have taken the RV back to the dealership, left it for a day or two, then made an appointment for a return trip for repairs. Did this when a TV went out and also to get some minor trim work repaired. However, water issues need to be addressed as quickly as possible.

It appears you are in or near the DFW area, I recommend you contact Quality RV Service, located just outside of Mansfield, Texas. They are a top notch independent RV repair place. I have used them and referred them to many of my friends. All of us have had pleasant experiences when engaging their services.

Good luck and hope you get your problems fixed.
