When I turn on water pump while pouring water into sink, it doesn't run steadily, but if I open another faucet it runs as it should. The manual says this happens when there is insufficient demand. This also applies to the shower.
My question is why do I not get full pressure from one source?

The water pump is to pump water from your fresh water holding tank, into the water system of your trailer , be sure to fill it. Not sure if this addresses your problem.

Some water pumps have a bypass system built in that will help the pump run smoothly when demand is less than the full capacity of the pump. Read the owners manual to see if you have a built in bypass and how to adjust it.

Second the Oxygenics shower head. But I have never had the same problem as you have with maybe 7 trailers over the years.
What pump do you have?
Don't understand the need to mod the system--a water pump runs when pressure drops.
