You are correct. Either shore power or generator is required to get 110 VAC at those outlets.

No AC power will work unless you are plugged into shore power or a genie . There are inverters, but no knowledge there ! Let us know about your first trip with the new TT.

Haven't had a problem with my CPAP yet. But, then again, I always plug in to shore power. Have you considered a CPAP battery?

Ok good, yes most "inverter powered" rv plugs are a universal grey color.

Thanks everyone on your advice. I have not posted for awhile as someone on another thread got a little nasty with me and I wasn't sure I want to post here again but there seems to be a lot of good helpful people too. We pick up our troops in a week. Found a place to store it this week. Made a shopping trip today but will hold off on purchases until we can do some measuring. Unfortunately our first trip date is uncertain.

You will get there. As a side note, which you may already know, lots of interior and camp goodies can be had from a variety of sources. Not just from the dealership or RV specific retail store.

For instance, virtually every Wally World I have been in has a RV section. Good place to get the patio mat (they are large) that you will see plenty of at the CG outside all types of RV's.

Feel free to post any related questions you have. You WILL get helpful answers.

Many Congrats on the new TT.

Congrats and please don't let one bad person wreck it for you on here. Most people on here I found are very friendly and helpful when you have questions or concerns. Happy camping

Welcome to the best RV forum. You have over 70,000 contributors.

If you can get the manual for the new RV, sit down with a note pad and highlighter. Read through the manual carefully. Then have your spouse read it. Pick it up again in a few days and read it again. Then do this occasionally and you will be amazed at things you will learn again.

Keep the notepad close when traveling so any thoughts for things missing or things you can leave behind.

Enjoy your new toy and spend plenty of time here with your new friends.

We pick up on Friday. We having been shopping like crazy. I have list after list but it is all coming together. Our first trip will be close to home and not for to long to see what we still need and to get the dogs used to the trailer.
