Early Avion's. Our 94 Avion 36M 5th probably doesn't meet the definition of old. It is beautiful inside and out, all wood inside is solid oak, entertainment center, kitchen cabinets, and closests. It has a huge slide in living and kitchen area and a slide for the queen bed in the bedroom. Probably more information then needed but we love our Avion.

1958 KenCraft. Had a full fiberglass molded roof clear back then. Pressure water system, no pump so pressurize the tank at a service station or get out the hand tire pump. The one my parents had was a special order and even had a wet bath and marine toilet, no holding tank and instant water heater. Had LOTS of tire trouble due to it's weight, finally cured it with mobilhome tires.

If you go on Pinterest there are many pics of old rv's. Really neat to see all the styling. Also go on You-tube and check out the trailer videos with the ball hitch mounted on the roof of the vehicle and the rv looks fiver style, but the vehicle can spin completely so that you push your tt into a campsite instead of backing in. Lots of interesting stuff out there.

What are the Great Old Travel Trailers?

In my opinion,

Airstream
Argosy
Avion
Silver Streak
Streamline
Spartan

Yes, I like aluminum.
