Only 400K? My CC was $750K for the original purchaser and I got a table and chairs.

We prefer table and chairs. Large storage unit on wall holds lots of stuff including two laptop computers and a printer, serves as a desk.

I've had both. We have a booth now and for more room I would like table and chairs but hate to loose the storage plus where ours is we would have to build something so that we wouldn't fall into the stairs. That would not be fun. We're changing from a really uncomfortable sofa bed for a couch to a recliner loveseat
and could use the extra room. I don't like scooting into a booth in the motor home but in a restaurant I prefer a booth. I don't think our booth is made very well in ours so it seems a bit uncomfortable.

On a small TT like we have i'm glad we have a couch with a folding table. When we're done eating I put the table away and it's nice to have the couch to watch TV if we're stuck inside.

LOL...That was the down payment/front money to get ours built.(ordered Aug. '01, assembly line build began Sept. '01 ,completed & delivered March '02).......balance was paid when delivered.. We opted for the "Big People" booth, that does not make into a bed..
It will do..

The ‘Dinofa’. That’s what we’re getting with the new trailer.

Took out the booth, replaced w/ Parsons Chairs. Still have plenty of storage and love the open versatile result. We kept the legless original table.

Reading through some of these responses in the travel trailer section, I never realized how much some people spend on a travel trailer. Seems excessive for what you get.

message reply #'s 15 & #19 are responses of DP owners to the comment about costing over $400k for a dinette/non dinette equipped rig..No offense was intended toward the TT/5'r Owner groups.

We have a 1994 Fleetwood Coronado 32G with a table and two chairs and will be converting it to a booth dinette for the added seating and sleeping area so our grandchildren can join us on our holiday excursions. Will also install seat belts for the booth seats to permit alternate seating arrangements while travelling. The extra storage space afforded by a booth dinette is a practical bonus as well.

We prefer a booth for storage and an extra bed. Ya' never know when ya' may have company. Our current MH has both the jackknife couch and dinette. They were both full last fall for a few days.
Our booth had been used and from reading previous post's, we got a bargain!
