Canadian brands are not that well known in the USA, so I can't comment on that. But at that age, looks are more important than brand name. Is it water tight? Is there signs of water leaks? Do all of the appliances work? How are the tires? Are the axles of the correct capacity to safely handle the load? What age are the tires? Most important, is it a floor plan you can live in for more than two nights at a time? And lastly, do you have a truck of sufficent capacity to tow it comfortably?
