What is this ?

Found this in lower cabinets today and have no idea what it is or where it goes.
Anyone have any ideas .😀

Could it be a stopper for the sink? It looks like it has rubber o-ring on it.

It's a Pur Classic top. The Pur on our S&B is white, but the top of it looks just like that.

That's 3 for the PUR, I'd say mystery is solved. Don't know why it didn't occur to me, see that filter advert all the time on TV.
