Dw is 55 and has 30 more monthly cheques to work for before she gets the big one from her employer. I'm DH (60) and have had the permanent grin on my face for the past six years. Really like the idea that my past employer and the federal government want to pay me to stay away from work. Currently towing a 2012 Kodiak 242RESL with a 2013 GMC Sierra (6.25 engine). We are currently in the process of reducing our possessions in our stick home so we can travel.

Merry Christmas everyone and may God bless you all in 2014.

Getting ready to retire

Just bought a 2014 Jayco 28DSBH travel trailer. We tow it with a 2004 GMC Yukon XL and it does just fine in South Georgia where there are not many hills. Hope to upgrade to a diesel in the future.
