Age and Tow

I am 66 and my wife is 57. Our 5th wheel is scheduled to arrive next Friday. It is a 2017 Keystone Raptor 355ts toy hauler. Our tow vehicle is ordered, but will be another six weeks or so arriving. It is a 2017 Chevy Silverado High Country 3500 Crew Cab Long Bed Dually. Up to this point we have ridden our cycles on vacation (longest trip so far was about 5,600 miles). I'm thinking I'm to the point where I'm ready to do the long miles in comfort and ride when we get to our various destinations. I'm not yet retired, but I try to act like it from time to time. We are looking forward to our new direction for adventure!

I'm 28 and pull a 30 ft kit companion, well I will once I get a new truck but right now I have to use a family members truck. Soon I am hoping to pull it over the hill to the Oregon coast for full time living with my wife, 2 kids, and dog and cat.

Hey all, again. My wife (33) and I (35) with our 3 kiddos (8, 7, and 4) here. I posted on this thread years ago, and have since sold our old TT. We just got back into this year. We purchased a "new-to-us" 2010 Jayco Jay Flight G2 32BHDS and we are loving it! I was pulling it with my old 2011 RAM 1500, but it was a bit heavy for the truck. Just updated to a 2015 Ford F250 Super Duty.

Hope to run in to some of you around the campgrounds.

Ken

And that would most likely be used to keep you from rolling out of bed in the middle of the night?

Hello! New to this forum. I am 48 and my wife is 45 years young. I have four daughters (28,21, and twin 14 year olds). We have been camping for the last 20 years in a tent and then a pup. Purchased a 2017 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite 831BHDS last October. Still pulling with my 1500. Bought the Chevy last May not thinking about a larger trailer. It has the max tow package but I am at my limit. A new tv is in my future for sure! Will make our first trip of 2017 next weekend.
