Which weight dist. system is best?
Hi, everyone! This is my first post on this forum and I have a question that I am sure has been discussed before, but I cannot find it. I am planning to buy a 2016 Passport 2890RL in the near future and will be towing with a Ram 1500 CC, 6.5' bed, 4x4, 3.92 gears and the EcoDeisel engine. The TT is listed at 5500 lbs. dry and I will not be over 6500 lbs while towing. My question is what hitch is preferred by most and why? Any help will be appreciated and Thank you for your advice in advance.

Which weight dist. system is best?
I recently switched from an Eaz-lift and friction sway bar to a Blue Ox Sway Pro for my F150 Ecoboost and Keystone Bullet 269RLS and I am really liking the Sway Pro. It's very fast and easy to hook up, very quiet, stops any sway, provides for a much smoother ride and I can back the trailer up without disconnecting anything. And very important, I am much more confident towing with it! Highly recommend!

I have a Fast-way E2... Works amazing. No need for an extra friction sway control...

I have used my Sway Pro on two different trailers, a 28' Wildcat MAXX and a 33' MAXX, I upgraded from 750 lb bars to 1,000 lb bars when I moved to the longer/heavier trailer. This hitch has lived up to all my expectations and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Husky works for me. 35' bumper pull, 1100# tongue weight measured,1200# bars, husky sway control

I have an old Pull Rite round bar with friction sway, no problems in the 14 years and 2 TT's. Think I paid less then 300 for it back then. Some day I got to get one of those Blue Ox ones but the $600 just makes me keep using the one that works.

I got the Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch. AMAZING!
I like it cos it's easy to install on and off. SILENT. Quality procuct.

Another vote for the Husky Centerline TS, I don't think it's the best out there, but for the money ( retired on a budget ) it's a great hitch, great sway control, we love it !
