Windjammer 3025 underbelly

Have any Windjammer owners had trouble with the underbelly? We have a new 2014 3025 that the underbelly is just laying on top of the L-rail and not tightly secured. Therefore, it is "warped" in places, making for big open gaps allowing moisture, road grime, mice and freezing temps to get to the trailers componets. Back to the dealer to see if it can be fixed.
