Winnabago Construction - walls ect

Winabago Travel Trailers (I don't mean 5th wheels) - Minis - get good reviews from what I'm reading.

I can not find anything about how they are constructed e.g. wall interior (aluminum frame?) and insulation. Are the windows therma pane?

Can anyone direct me to some information or tell me about the construction?

Some manufacturers (not sure about Winnie) just use the vacuum bonded walls with NO framework in the walls. They just screw the window frames into the luan backer so not much strength there.
If they don't publish their construction I'd be a little concerned about it!

You have the mini's and the Ultralite line. Do they use the same construction? Went to 2 Winnebago dealers this summer who the factory rep said carried the Ulterlites. But when we got the both dealers said they no longer carried them because of price.

The walls are insulated. The frames are aluminum, but some of the early ones (like mine) still have wood framing under the bed in the pass through storage.
But they all have real, gel coat fiberglass which you can't get anywhere else.

I think upgraded windows are optional on some of the TTs, but even the standard ones are good. I've camped several times in sub-freezing temps and serious southern heat.
