Wiring on 2005 keystone

Hope this is right place for questions
Have a 2005 Keystone sprinter with what I think is a wiring problem

Where the wire from the battery connects to the wire from the tow plug there is a third wire that connects in with them (charge wire going to the converter).
I have disconnected this wire and ran a jumper from it back to the converter to check continuity. My problem is that I get cont. on 4 of the 12V connecters on the fuse panel and I also get cont. on 2 of the neg. light wires.
Hope some can understand this.

You are in the right place but I'm afraid that you are going to have to explain your problem a little more fully. Is your converter not located with your fuse panel? Do you get 12V to some fuses and not others? I have no idea what you mean about getting continuity on 2 negative light wires. Continuity to what?
