Would this be a disaster to buy this?

Does anyone thing this would be an OK trailer to buy and live in for a couple of years?

I'm not sure it's made for fulltiming. Most TT's aren't and the winterproofing might be a problem.

I agree....its likely not insulated well enough for the winter. And a lite model is likely giving up some weight in other areas. Maybe think about looking for a unit that's a couple of years old that has better insulation and other options that will make the stay in it a little more tolerable for two years.

That is a lite weight entry level trailer and not meant for full time use. So living in it will be rough on the trailer. I would expect wear and tare well beyond the normal.

Heating that unit below 25 degrees will be interesting. I have seen units like that where you can feel the breeze inside on a windy day. They are not meant for 4 season use!
