Cool X213

have purchased a jayco x213 and just love it. we had a hybrid before and put 78,000 miles on it before trading it in for the x213. I have some questions about the bed slideout.

1. How much weight can i put on the bed. Thinking about getting a heavier mattress

2. Discovered a small leak once the bed was in on the dinette cushion. Found out that a side seal on that side was not touching the side of the bed as it was being drawn in; therefore, allowing moisture that was on the outter side to come in to the interior. then when i checked the alignment of the bed in relation to the space it goes into i see that the entire bed is not symmetrically aligned with the hole. My question is: is this just an adjustment problem or do i have a major manufacturing problem? thank for your answers.

Without a picture all I can say is it is possible that it just needs aligned. It is also possible that something more is wrong. Hard to say without seeing it.
