Hey can I see some ideas for an exterior mount for my 160# generator. Pics please

I don't have any pics, but I will tell you for that kind of weight you should get a proper rack welded to the frame. No bumper mounts.
I'm guessing you don't want to have to move it inside during travel.

And keep in mind that it will reduce your hitch weight significantly.

Yeah, does anyone have a mount on the front or rear of a trailer???? I don't care about hitch weight, just a secure safe Genny mount. Custom frame mounts anyone????

The Surveyors come with a rear rack like this. You can see the rack is attached to the frame rails and the bumper is actually extended a bit. These racks fold up when not loaded. Nice design. The little circular thing at the bottom-right is a retractable cable lock:
