'94 Beaver Marquis solar circuit breaker

I've been looking at a 94 marquis and one of a thousand questions I have is on the circuit breaker over the bed for the solar charger. The contorller panel over the driver is lit up and showed a little bit of amperage the day I was out there but I'm unsure of what position the breaker in the panel should be in for ON.
I think it should be up but can someone tell me for sure? The widowed owner has no clue.

Park in the sun and try it both ways. When ON, the battery voltage will go up.
