Air shim to stop squeaks, and drawers from opening!

OK folks I found a neat little tool to carry in the camper / RV / Coach / Trailer!!!
My DW and I was travelling a few weeks ago over some very rough Illinois roads and our table was rattling on each bump and our kitchen island decided to open on it's own during an evasive cornering of the coach.

The DW as able to shove some towels between the Kitchen Top and the Side Bar Counter Bottom to reduce this racket but there has to be a better way!

I tried a spring loaded door brace but it really did not do very well..
It has it's uses: https://amzn.to/2DoNqGQ

I ended up using an air shim that is normally used in the construction industry to shim windows and doors during installation.

In fact I purchased a second one for the kitchen island issue.

A couple of pumps and no more issues!

I purchased mine at the local lumber yard, but found them at Amazon for less money: https://amzn.to/2yRjjUj
Basically you pump up the bulb to inflate the bag, and push the valve button to deflate it. The bag will inflate about 3"!

Here is the bag inserted and inflated to keep the rattle off from our counter top.

Here another bag is inserted to keep my drawer unit from sliding open.

I also found that these work great for holding a door open, and I think I am going to carry a spare that I could use if I ever have a slide issue where I have to hold a broken slide in.
I did use one once to spread a door jamb to unlock a friends door with a coat hanger as well!
I am sure that you can think of many uses for these!

They also have a monster size! https://amzn.to/2JHk4DK

WOW! That's a unique device! I'll keep that in mind for future problems! Thanks!

Amazon kills me! One piece for $15, 2 pieces for $35 dollars. Who would ever buy the 2-pack?

Yep... that is why I bought two singles! Must be shipping breaks or something?
I can understand on heavier items, but these are rather light weight!
