Last November, I purchased a retractable screen for the passenger side entry door to give the DW a clear view out the window while driving.

The install went well but after getting the coach out of six months storage we found the screen would no longer retract.

I called 3 T's and the lady in parts told me they had been having trouble with those screens and would have the service manager call me back right away. It's been three days and no call. I'm going to follow up but wanted to see if anyone else has had trouble with this product.

Follow up:

I called back and talked with a technician who told me they had been having trouble with the internal workings binding up on these. He told me how to take it apart and ream out the offending bushing. All now works like new.

They tell me that, yes, they are still selling new ones. I didn't ask if there had been a design change to correct the problem.
