I don't know how many people get or use these cupons, you get a $10.00 cupon for every $1000. you spend on the Camping World MBNA VISA card. Anyway I sent in 6 cupons on an order I placed. Camping World only credited me for 3. I have been calling and emailing for 2 months with no luck. I even sent a email to David Garvin, with no response other than it had been received. The last message I got is that when they find out something someone will contact me.
I you use these cupons, make a copy when you send them in. Otherwise you may get ripped off also.

I've been waiting and e-mailing for my $10 coupon since I got a free insurance quote (double what I pay now!).
What's up with these folks?

Sounds like they really don't want to honor the coupons they send out.
I called them again yesterday and they told me they are still looking into it. The coupons have my name and a serial # on them. At this point I think I'm Scr&#d.
They don't even respond to emails or phone calls and I have only been polite in my calls.

I had some $5.00 gas refund coupons (total of $20.00)that I had to contact Camping World ERS about. My 2nd email was a bit pointed and they finally responded and did sent me the money. It was aggrivating to be ignored unit I created a fuss.

I have used them at Camping World without any problems. Have never used them through the catalog. My only complaint is there is a yearly limit on the amount of coupons you can receive. I don't remember the exact total but I think it is ten.

I have not heard that before, they encourage you using their card and no one has told me that the problem was I was over the limit.
BTW, there is a Discussion group for Excursion owners on Yahoo. It just got started, but I hope it catches on.
