Champion Inverter Generators (w/ Remote Start) 3150 vs 3500

Comparing two generators and would like opinions. I do like the remote start feature on both and the price point seems reasonable. Bass Pro has a 3500 watt for ~$950; Home Depot has a 3150 for ~$871. I assume both will power a 13.5k A/C, but we do tend to camp at high elevations 7,000-9,000ft and sometimes it gets a bit warm here in AZ . The weights and dimensions look almost identical.

Anyone have experience with these? Thoughts or suggestions?

I bought the Champion you listed from the basspro link, We absolutely love it. I bought mine from Paul at "Super Gen Products" He was a great guy to deal with. I also bought the regulator from him that allowed me to run it on Propane or Natural gas. The remote start is great, it will run our A/C when I'm using gasoline but it works harder when using propane. Here's his number 626-969-0996

Thanks I looked earlier and didn't see the 3500 with remote on his site

I looked low and high, ended up going Westinghouse igen4500.

More power, just as quiet if not more so, similar price, remote start, hour meter integrated, fits under the tonneau cover of my F250, bigger gas tank, tested great at high desert elevations.

I have friends with champions and Firmans - no contest and they're all jealous of mine.
