Chrome Exhaust extension pipe

I have a 1995 Holiday Rambler with 300hp Cummins diesel engine. The chrome tail piece is rotted out. Can somebody direct me to where I can purchase a replacement? Thank you in advance.

I bought one at a little chrome shop along I-75 in south Georgia. All I remember is that it was across the street from a Flying J. He had a good selection of sizes and lengths.
