I bought my RM 7710 just after the 7720 came out ... My problem is where to mount it in my 2004 Monaco Signature. The windshield is to faraway to access the unit. and there is no flat spot on the dash. What are others doing with theirs. Are there after market mounts that fit the 7710??? Does anybody have pictures how they did theirs..
Thanks
Dave

Hi,
Yes, there is a MMCX port on the back of the device. However, it's not likely you will need an external antenna as the GPS module is quite powerful.

Mine came while I was on the road. Home now and still haven't had a chance to play with it.
Going out now to plow 5" of new snow maybe I'll get to play with it tonight.
Really like my 7710 so I am sure I will like the 7720.

Enjoy the snow, and I think you'll have a blast this evening playing with your new 7720, I've been pushing the buttons for hours and still haven't found everything. I think it has great potential to be a really good product. I have my fingers crossed.
Again, enjoy that snow...we're at a balmy 38 and breezy today, had about three snow flakes but now the sun has come out.
