Dometic DCMC11B.F Convection Microwave

Our microwave died a sudden death on the road. Decided to upgrade to convection/microwave.
Sticker shock followed until I found one on sale at Camping World for $181.00 with Good Sam card.
http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/dometic-convection-microwave-with-black-trim-kit/70165
Still available 1/21/14.
First Ė study installation manual before purchase. See specifications section on page from above link.
To accommodate exhaust and intake air baffles and prevent mixing of the hot and cold air, a box or enclosure of specific dimensions is required. Not really hard to do as long as there is enough space.

Three sets of dimensions to think about:
The unit is 12 7/8 x 21 ľ x 15 11/16 HxWxD
The box or enclosure inside dimensions 17 x 22.48x 17
And the trim frame 24 3/16 x 18 3/16

Power requirements are also important Ė be sure the existing power outlet can handle:
1450 watts microwave
1600 watts convection
1250 watts grill
Rated output of the microwave is 1000 watts. Oven capacity is 1.1 cu ft and it weighs 41 lbs.

With five cooking modes it will do just about anything. Microwave, grill, convection, microwave + grill and convection + microwave.
I tested all modes and they work. The only weird thing is there is a cooling cycle after over two minutes of cooking. Fan continues after cooking cycle is finished.
I'll the leave quality of cooking up the the real cooks.
