Quick comment on Fantastic Fans. Controller failed on my bathroom fan. Even though it was on a 2004 coach well out of warranty, Fantastic Fan sent me a new controller free of charge. Controller was n an outside wall and there was no sealant or insulation where the wires came through the wall. Company blamed the failure on moisture/corrosion. Same thing happened to me on my Duotherm controller. Sealed up the hole and hopefully no more problems. Company really stands behind there product as this was an installation error by Newmar.

I've had similar experiences with great support from the folks at Fantastic Fan.

I too have had great support from these folks. I expected to pay for a part plus shipping, but they said no and took care of everything. Very unusual today in my experience.

They are the best! Had a failure in my 7 year old Fantastic Fan. They provided telephone and online diagnosis, sent the necessary parts at no cost. Will not buy any other brand.

On request, Fantastic Fan sent me a trim ring between the ceiling material and the fan enclosure. The color was off and no questions except, what color did I want? As experienced, no problem, the trim ring came within a couple of days.

Thank you Fantastic Fan!

I agree they go overboard to take care of their customer base. I too was very suprised when I called to order a new vent cover and they sent it no charge. Now if only some of the other suppliers would follow suit!

WOW!!! Having read these posts, I gave Fantastic a call this AM. My OEM fan, that came in my Nat'l RV Dolphin, had it's motor fail. It would not spin at all. Called Fantastic, and "Jeff" in the technical support division, offered to send me a complete motor, including the fan blade and mounting bracket, all at no charge. All he asked, was that I return the failed motor to them for inspection, to help improve manufacturing and longevity. Heck, that's the LEAST I could do! Thanks Fantastic, you're the BEST!!
