[Our Time]

Our 2008 Monaco Diplomat came equipped with Flexsteel driver and passenger seats. During a recent trip, the weld broke holding the seat springs on the drivers seat to the seat frame. A call to customer service revealed we are at least 150 miles from the closest dealer. Flexsteel elected to manufacture a new seat for us and ship it to our home for me to install. They stand by there lifetime warranty and didn't want a local shop doing a repair. All this at no cost to me. Now that is customer service!!!!!! (Also a company that is proud of their product and stand by it!)
