I'm at the Perry, GA Good Sam Rally and picked up an external fuel tank for my Honda EU2000i. It is 6 gallons and you just remove the generator gas cap and screw on cap with hose provided with tank. The tank has the same vented cap as the generator. The hose is detachable from the aux tank and seals both the tank and hose when detached. It is made by VM Sales & Manufacturing in Granbury, TX, 866-551-1590 or 817-559-7261

How much did you pay for it? I spent about $43 at Wal-Mart and made my own using a 6 gallon marine tank. I did have to order an extra gas cap for my generator - $12.

rjf7g, I looked in Walmart today and they are exactly the same parts. Here are the SKUs & prices
0120-0458-0003 Johnson/Evenrude Connector $ 3.77
0120-0458-0014 Connectorless Fuel Line $ 9.93
0120-0460-0115 Fuel Tank $16.98
The only other part needed is a Honda fuel cap

The prices here in central Virginia are a little higher...I also got thread tape and hose clamps.
I looked on the web to find a local Honda place and ordered the cap from them. They wanted to know my serial number as there are apparently two flavors of caps.

You can order the honda cap without the lever parts for $8 or you can use a honda mower cap and just drill a hole.
The guy in Perry pushed pretty hard on his tank , until I told him I built my own much cheaper and had a priming bulb also.

I ordered the parts from Duration Power generator accessories and bought the 6gal tank from Walmart. Spent less than $50. 6 gallons runs forever.
