Thumbs up Kudos to Prompt RV Sunscreens

I bought my first Prompt suncreen in 1999 or 2000 for my previous coach. I said it is one of the best purchases I made. I have now seen how they stand behind their product.

I bought my current coach just over a year ago and one of my first purchases was a Prompt sunscreen for it. I had some problems with this one though. It was a problem for me to put up with the suction cups and it would sag. I could never get the center saging problem out even with help.

I've been in FL recently and spoke with Bill at Prompt. He came to my location and adjusted the screen so it's sagiing problem is a thing of the past.

I also had a problem putting up the screen with the suction cups so Bill put on the clips like are used in gas models and now I am able to put it on myself in a less than a minute and it fits just like it is intended too. Bill did say part of the these issues were due to my side post near the door being flat black rather than a painted surface. The suction cups work better on a painted surface.

I have recommended Prompt to many people and with seeing how they stand behind their product I certainly will continue to do so.

Thank you Bill and Prompt RV Sunscreens for your products, service and sponsor of IRV2.
