Magellan GPS 9365

Bought a Magellan GPS to use in my class A coach.
After a year's worth of emails back and forth, trying this and that -even reformatting the unit using their recovery software - several times. Trying cables, different USB ports and even a different computer, now I have a brick. Neither computer recognizes the unit as a valid device - oh and now the Support (ha,ha) department won't even contact me back.
What a joke!!! DON'T BUY A MAGELLAN GPS UNIT - EVER. THEY MAKE THEM WORTHLESS.

Hmmmm, sorry about your dilemma. I had an older Magellan 9165 that I used for years. It was at best OK (all these things have their misgivings) but the support folks were let's say "adequate". Maybe they hired a bunch of old Winegard people and things went downhill from there.

And waste more money on this piece of junk? I have a little bit of technical knowledge, so I am going to do what the manufacturer couldn't.
