Oxgenics Shower Head Hose

As good as the Oxgenics Showerhead is ( I have one in the MH and one in the house), after a year I found that the hose deteriorated and dark brownish black water would initially flow out of the shower head upon each use.

I contacted Oxgenics and was told that the rubber hose inside the metal flex sheath of the hose was failing.

They replaced the hoses under their life time warranty. I had to pay $5 shipping. The replacement supposedly now uses a plastic hose inside the metal flex sheath.

Oxgenics is a good company !!
