I can't believe this thread is still going on, I should have been a distributor for this product.

I've had mine for years now- Since MonacoMama started it. Thanks again MM!

I just, last week, found a new way to maximize it's use-

I have a push button on/off valve installed on the shower head.
I found instead of pushing the valve all the way off after wetting down, and then soaping down- just push it in almost all the way to the closed position, and the itty-bitty spray coming out is just great to finish the soaping operation-.
It saves a bunch of hot water, and most of all, just water.

Any others tried this?

Bought the shower head last October. Just installed it in March because RV was winterized. Worked great the first 3 times. This weekend in the middle of a shower, hose came apart form shower head and it is broken. Talked to customer support and they said "sorry out of stock right now, and since it has been more then 30 days since you purchase it we can't replace it or give you a refund."

I would have expected better from them, how about forwarding them a link to this topic and asking them if their decision is worth losing all of the long running free positive press they have received so far.

Oxygenetics now has three or four very different hand held shower heads. Is all of this discussion about the original - kind of hockey stick - version?

I put the Chrome on in my rig because the white one was on back order from CW. I went to a local supply place and there it was hanging on the wall. (good price too) Too bad I already installed the Chrome on. I actually considered putting that one in my house and buying the while one from the local place. I guess I'll wait to see how DW likes it first. Jack
