I also read where the Rhino roof warranty is only good at the place that put it on, where as the LineX covers you anywhere you might be. Again I read this on a forum, so I would check before making any decision.

We just had our roof done by Rvroofs and they did a great job. They now offer a lifetime warranty.

Had a product called Vortex put on the roof of our motorhome 5 years ago in San Antonio. Similar product to Line X/Rhino Lining. Still looks new and is holding up well. It was put on by Iron Horse RV.

I've got a 21 foot '99 Coachmen with a rubber roof. The rubber membrane is so aged that in some spots it's as thin as tissue. The chalky substance on top of it is thicker than the membrane. I'm wondering if I can strip off the rubber membrane and just coat it with a roll on sealer. I was wondering if the roll on roofing for mobile homes will work if I apply several layers. Any ideas on this?

You might have read that in one of my posts. I went to get Rhino Lining for the bed of my pickup and found out that it was only warranted by the shop that installed it. I just went to the rhino site and I am going to stand corrected it is good at any dealer if your original dealer is more than 100 miles away or has gone out of buisness they will assign a new dealer Rhino Linings Protection Nationwide, Bed Liner Protection, Rhino Linigs Protection | Rhino Linings that is the URL for the warranty. The bad news is that the warranty is only good for pickup beds. There is a link at this site that will let you see the warranty.

I had the Rhino Eco coat installed 1 year ago at San Diego RV. Luv it. Only get on top to hose it off. Cooler inside coach as well. Highly recommend it

Didn't have the roof done, but the bed in my old '01 F250 was Line-X'd. That bed took, and still does, a mega beating. That coating never peeled, chipped, cracked, dented, faded or wore down. At all. Sold the truck to a friend that uses it for masonry work and the Line-X is still perfect.

I would not hesitate to put a similar coating on the roof of an RV.
