For those of you who are interested in keeping track of your MH expenses, travel, fuel and service expenses, I recently got the RVer's Notebook from rvnotebook.com. The program is excellent, and the support superior to any I've ever dealt with on any other program. There were a couple of very minor issues when I first started entering my info, I emailed Mickey and he immediately corrected my problem. He even called me on his dime to ensure that things worked well.
I can't say enough about the program or the support. You can record service work, camping sites, all your expenses related to the MH or toad, enter photos, set alerts for future service, etc. It is great. No I don't have any affiliation with the developer of the program, but as many things out there that claim to be so good and aren't, I'm the first to rant and rave about those that do what they promise, and do it well.

Tomorrow morning we leave on our full timing adventure. We have begun to use the Notebook and we will no doubt find this tool invaluable going forward.
You can organize everything about your RV's weights, maintenance records, expenses, travel logs, and include photos. The program contains many more features that you will find equally useful and they are detailed in the product information. IBM compatible only, this product has a money back guarantee so there's nothing too loose.
The data can be exported to a printer and you can print out a maintenance log or expense report if you choose to do so.
Click on the Graphic for more info on the RV'rs Notebook

Re rvnotebook. One man band software company and he died. Good chance for retired software guru to make money. Buy it from family. Low maintenance job and easy money and best of all, very compatable with RV lifestyle. If someone does, you already have one new customer.

I have the RVNotebook program, but in all honesty I have not utilized it much. My wife records most of the information and she uses a paper form.
I just finished looking at the TraelTrak web site, and it appears that the software is built around a spreadsheet platform. However their web page advertisement states it runs on Windows computers. I would have no problem with that on the road, as my laptop is a Windows platform, but when I am home I prefer to do my work on the iMac.
I have sent an email to the TravelTrak software suppliers, but can anyone that has this software tell me if it is spreadsheet driven and can it be used on a MAC?
Thanks.
