I purchased the new model of the Splendie Combo 4 weeks ago from Campers World. It worked for 3 weeks then would not come up to speed for the spin out. CW wanted to charge me a fee to find out what was wrong. I wanted them to switch it out for a new one which they would not do. I paid for a local RV dealer to take it out and see what was wrong. The Splendie factory said CW should not charge me to find the problem. After 1 week it is still in the shop, there seems to many problems with it they are talking to the factory to try to find the problems. Be aware if you decide to buy this new model, especially from CW, they will charge you to find the problem, that should be cost free.

Took a ride today to Freedom RV in Port Richie they are the dealer working on it. They will be bringing it back to the MH tomorow. The problem was the pully set screw came lose and it was wobbling. It speed sencor had come lose causing the motor to not speed up because it thought the load was out of balance. Freedom RV was much better to work with then CW even though it was purchased from them.

When we bought ours from CW they did not do a very good job of setting it in place and we could not close the cabinet doors, they told me it was normal. We drove from Utah to Missouri where I had another CW look at it and they took it out and remounted it and the doors closed just fine. He said they had to raise the water faucets up so the washer would fit in the cabinet and that was the problem. Good grief.
