I had a problem with my Flojet water pump, it quit! I took it apart as the owners manual instructs to check for debris, and it was clean. Since it is still under the 2 year warranty (it's 11 months old) I went to the FloJet website; guess what, NO SERVICE CENTERS. I called the main number and asked for warranty service. The very abrupt gentleman explained to me that I would have to mail the pump to them, and they would examine it under a microscope to look for debris, and if any was found, it would not be covered under warranty, and all this would take 3 weeks. Meanwhile I'm dry camping.
I told him to forget it, and I would go buy a "SHURFLOW" next time, and they have authorized factory service centers throughout the country.
Whatever happed to "good faith" support? Sounds like they'll do anything to escape their warranty service. Look for other manufacturers.
Thanks for listening!
