As per a recommendation from this site I went and purchased a wireless reverse camera system with bluetooth from TadiBrothers for $300.
It is the system that has the monitor that attaches to the reverse mirror.
I must say the customer service from TB was great during the buying process. After the purchase, that all changed.
The system comes with decent installation directions, but the quality of the equipment is not the best as the screws stripped out immediately on the camera. And the wires running from both units are so thin they are nearly impossible to splice to other wires. The operating directions have tons of grammatical errors and are mostly incorrect. One is on their own to try and figure out how the system actually works.
The installation instructions tell you to power the monitor off the battery. The problem with this is that even though you may turn the monitor off, the bluetooth still stays active. Weird? So, anytime you are within range of the monitor it automatically switches your phone to bluetooth. The only fix for this is to turn the bluetooth feature off on my phone every time I am not driving the RV. Very weird.
So, I then elected to run my monitor through the fusebox. I am currently trying to isolate the interference that is being fed through the fusebox into the monitor being as how the power cord does not have any sort of suppression system in it.
The wireless signal is also very weak on this system which required me to route and reroute the sensors several times to try and find a strong signal. I only have a 25' RV.
Anyway, all of this work has been on my own being as how nobody answers the toll free line and my messages (if returned) are from someone with even less knowledge on the system than myself. Don't even bother emailing TB, that is a complete waste of time also.
I would not recommend anything from TadiBrothers.

Wow! I was, strongly, considering one of their back up camera systems for my coach. Guess I am back to square one :(

I would recommend buying from an actual accredited company.
I was a bit leery as soon as I saw these guys also sell cheap 4 wheelers and electric guitars.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, the 4 wheelers and guitars raised a red flag for me too.

I have one and it isn't top of the line, but it works OK. I hooked the monitor into a light swith for a light over the dash and the camera to the parking light switch, so they are independant. Not the best, but works for me...

Is your system wireless? And if so, does it cut in and out while driving?
When it doesn't it has static across the screen. I just spent $20 on two static suppressors.
I would send the unit back under it's 30 day policy but am unsure what other system would be better. I hate to spend another afternoon installing a system to find out it also is no better.

Yes , it is wireless and I think there is some interference. Sometimes the monitor doesn't pick up the signal right away and I just keep turning the power on and off to the camera, but once it picks up the signal it has been OK and stays on.
It isn't a system I would give my recomendation, but if you want a less expensive alternative, It's OK. If I would change anything I would go with the hard wired system.

I did not buy a wired rear view camera from TB brothers I brought
one at rear view safty has a 7'' monitor also has quick disconnect
from trailer to truck camera works great $327 they also sell camera
systems for the side of your trailer.
When I first looked into rearview cameras I was looking at wireless
but most reviews said they did not work as good as wired.

Tks 1st Cougar, i was wanting to add side view camera to my system. Was thinking i would need to get complete system to replace the system i have. Wired system would be ok, i just want a working system with good service if i need it. May check rv cams and see what they tell me.
