Thetford Smart Tote Parts!?!?

Ok I need some guidance folks, I need some replacement parts for my 35 gallon Thetford waste tote. I've worn out the front swivel wheels and I need a new sewer hose.
I've been to the Thetford web site and they have a parts list on the site (attached below) but you can't order directly from them. I only have 2 small time RV shops nearby and they only sell the tanks, not parts.
Does anyone know where I can find and order parts online?

If the two RV shops sell Thetford items, they should be able to special order Thetford parts. Did you ask the shops if they could order the parts? If so, what did they say or recommend?

Other option is to call Thetford directly and ask them to outline how you can get the parts.

Good luck! :-)

One of the shop does sell Thetford items and I did ask if they could order the parts and they didnt seem to be interested in helping me. They opted for me buying a new tote.
I don't see how these folks stay in business.

I'll do some calling around Monday and see if I can't get a bigger RV outlet to assist me, the only problem with that is in the past these outlets have no problem ordering special parts for me but I have to drive to their store to pick them up. (several hours)
I was hoping that there was a known online source I could order from that would ship them to me directly.

Thanks for your reply!

In a strange event, the owner damaged the black tank dump valve. It was/is an old Thetford part and there is not local dealer with stock and nobody wanted to order it for me. So, I called Dexter, MI (about 25 miles from me) and talked to people there. I did not used to be able to order parts directly from Thetford, but now, I could order the valve from them. Better than ordering it from a west coast shop... Or, So I Thought.

That was Monday morning. Wednesday noon, the UPS truck went by, the mail had come in and the Fedex truck would have been here if he had anything for me.....

I called Thetford again with my order number to get tracking information. When I got to a human and gave her the order number, she told me that order had been placed Monday (I knew that) and that it should ship today (Wednesday). She said all orders are on a two day turn-around....

That was when I counted on my fingers and with a coach supposed to leave Thursday and with no local pickup allowed, I was about to have an unhappy client. That is just not good business.

There were two suppliers I had found on the west coast that had stock and one of those I knew would ship next day if needed. So, I told the nice lady at Thetford to cancel the order.

When I conferred with the owner and it turned out that their planned departure had been stuffed, but Monday would work for them.

The valve was ordered from Adventure RV and had it Friday midday and the coach out before closing. The owner was delighted and I saved almost 20$ on the valve.

The coach was ready to roll out of here Saturday.
