Thanks for the tip. I made sure it was a "Switched" 12V.

I can sure understand how this is important for those who boondock. We never boondock, so chose to use the option with our Doran 360 TPMS to connect to both the switched and an always hot connection so the display reflects true readings as soon as the key is turned on and we don't have to wait up to 6 minutes for all of the sensors to report in.

After talkin so much that I got my tongue sunburnt, I was about to, I say, I was about to pull the trigger, drop the hatchet as it were, on a TST 507, and now they are back ordered.
I'll bet they're busier than a centipede at a toe counting contest back there.

That is exactly why I ordered mine early even though they won't be installed until early June when my new tires get put on. So, either I am smart an way ahead of the curve or I'm a test bed dummy. LOL

athuddriver, I wish I had done it earlier. You definitely made the right decision in my opinion.
Oh well, at least I will have the metal extensions on before our next trip in two weeks. It has been practically impossible to reach that outer tire with the fake chrome rims attached.
Thanks again all, for your invaluable experiences and information.
