TPMS install concerns

I want to buy a TPMS system, likely EEZ, but, the issue is as follows. MY RV is a 2003 Dutch Star, DP. Is has wheels with circular openings and the valve stems on a few of the wheels are almost touching the side walls of those openings. My concern is installing the sensors which are about .900 in diameter meaning the stems would have some stress on their mount. Anyone with similar problems/concerns and it turned out to be a non-issue? Am I over thinking this?

The inner valve stems should be positioned approx. 180° apart from the outer valve stem, and positioned so the inner stem points through the hole in the outer rim, which should be approx. 2" in diameter. That's how mine are positioned, and I've never had any issues with room or access.

If you install long solid valve stems on the inner dual they will come out a hole on the outer dual and you will have no concerns about installing TPMS.
If you install non flow thru TPMS on the short valves you will probably have to crawl under the coach to remove it to add air!

Most truck tire stems are bolted through the wheel. So loosen the nut on the stem rotate it to where it needs to be and retighten the nut.
