I can not help with your request. I do want to thank you for posting the link. I've added it to my favorites. This looks like a good product.

I strongly considered this company's product, but there are several non-product related downsides.
1. We are at an age where we must stop and walk around a few minutes about every 150 miles. I top-off the fuel tank then.
2. Re-couping the purchase and installation price will likely never occur.
3. Carrying the extra weight reduces fuel mileage slightly.
4. In farm country, a in-bed fuel tank draws attention from DOT units. I have 2 cousins on the Indiana State Police department. They said that the current price of fuel is prompting some folks to buy off-road diesel fuel, so checking pickups stock fuel tank will increase dramatically this year. The penalty for getting caught, $10K fine and/or 3 years in jail + a penaly of estimated fuel tax not paid, compiled by Indiana Dept. of Revenue (you have no say).

Those reasons are enough for me to forgo an aftermarket fuel tank.

I have a Transflow 30 gal. tank/tool box. This is the second truck that i have had it on. I would hate to do without. I have been able to save a few bucks on fuel over the years. Lately it has really paid off. My first travel trailer and a gas truck I had to go to a Walmart as I was out. It was very tight getting in and out. I could only go about 200 miles before having to stop.

I have a HANDY Tool & Fuel 50 Gal in bed tool box, fuel tank combo, which I am very pleased with. It is nicely made and Handy is terrific to deal with. Ask them about their local dealers, as truck freight is a killer! I use a 12 volt, 13 GPM auxiliary pump from Northern tool to pump through a regular fuel hose (like in a gas station) as I also need to refuel a tractor.

If you don't use a regular refueling hose & nozzle with a 12 v pump the BIG problem is tying into your truck tank. I understand a gravity feed is just way too slow. Some folks use a small 12 v fuel pump – just don't leave it on! You can buy tie in kits on Ebay.

Nicest thing for me is when Boondocking way out you don't need to run into town to buy fuel! I also live in a rural area which is 30 miles from the nearest gas station. I love it, but a $250 fill up is a tad hard on the heart!

Go Fer It!
