Howdy ya'll! Just wnated to let you know that I bought a pair of these mirrors from AutoZone back in December. They are great mirrors! Up until the last trip I took and the hook that clips it to the stock mirror basically straightened out and the mirror fell off the truck. Luckily, I was parked in a Wal_mart parking lot when it fell , so no damage to anything.

I have sent an email to the manufacturing company to see what they will do for me in replacing both mirrors. I will let you know how they respond.

After 6 days of waiting for a response, I went to AutoZone last night and they replaced bith mirrors no questions asked. Said if they break again, bring it back and they would refund my money.

So, today I get a response back from the mirror company.

"Good Morning,
We would be happy to send you out a set of replacement clips."

That was it.

Told her I had already swapped them at AutoZone, but she could send the clips anyway so I have a back up when the next ones break.
