Just purchased the Vector 2-10-30 Amp, 80 Amp Start Battery Charger to replace an old basic unit I had for a long time. Does anyone with this unit have any comments, or recommendations on use of this unit? Do you charge the coach batteries while batteries are connected? Any concerns about the refrigerator while batteries are charging? Just looking ahead before I actualy use the unit.

Thanks

When and how will you be using the Vector? It's a smaller charger than the one that is built into your Adventurer for the house batteries.

If you hook it up while the Adventurer's own converter/charger has power available, the two chargers will confuse each other as to the battery's SOC (State Of Charge) and most likely neither one will charge very much. But nothing will be harmed as long as the voltage stays down in the generally accepted charging range, under about 14.4VDC.
