We were at the Gypsy Journal Eastern Rally at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina, OH last week. We were parked a good distance from a water hydrant and were after 6 days getting low on water. After coming up short of hose, off I went to Wally World to remedy the problem. The 50' white marine/rv hose at about $17-18, was the only length in the store. It got me the water I needed, but will be left at our lot in the Rio Grande Valley since rolling it up for storage without kinks is impossible.
I was again reminded the only place I should buy hoses is the Water Filter Store at a rally.
Not cheap, but come with brass high quality hex hose ends, are high pressure and they seldom if ever kink.

I bought one of those "kinkers" also. I only use it now for my sewer saver. That's about all it's good for

I bought 3 before I got one that didn't leak at the hose connections. I wasn't even concerned about KINKS!

They are probably made in China out of recycled unmentionables
