Weather app

What's the best weather app to use for RVing? I have an android phone and it seems difficult to find pertinant info when traveling, such as wind speeds and direction. All the apps I checked were ok if planning a picnic but I would like something that will let me know what to expect while on the road. Is there such an animal? Or just put in cities every 100 miles or so I expect to travel?

We've been using The Weather Channel app with current location enabled. That makes it easy to find what the weather is wherever we are along with forecasts, radar images, and perhaps most importantly, weather warnings.

Storm weather radar is good. But they just made the storm tracks part of it premium. $19 a year I think.

Weather underground is good also. Radar options include with wind direction and speed. Storm tracks doesn't seem to work there.

Weather app

While all the weather apps use the same data, each displays the information differently. I use 10. One is my first go to, but others display wind, radar, future out as far out as I want to check etc. Most only show 10-14 days. Of course, the nearer the date the more accurate the forecast. I only paid M Radar Pro. All the others were free.
