Betty was kind enough to allow me to buy a new addition to the RV and now I need to know what options for the Q120 are must haves and which ones never worked out. We did get the Weber stand but are still debating the other options.
Assistance from current or potential Q owners is welcome.

I have a Weber Q120and love it. I purchased the Griddle for mine as I like breakfast outside. Nothing is better. I also purchased the wheeled cover assy to keep the grill clean while in the bay. I also purchased the spatula and fork system as it stores under the fold out wings of the grill and I don't have to search the whole basement looking for them.
Also you may want to buy some of the tin foil drip pans to fit under the grill for drips.
I have had one problem with the grill that Weber took care of and it was with the regulator. They overnited a new assy as the grill wouldn't lite and we were in Northern Minnesota when the problem occured. I now cary a spare.
You will like the Grill It was a good investment on our part. The DW now suggests the grill on every stop.

We have had our Baby Q about 4 years. We had to add the fold out sides as they weren't offered on the smaller grill at first. This is a great grill. We bought the cover that just goes over the top and side handles of the grill.
We added two 1.5 gallon propane tanks and purchased Weber's propane hose. Now I run months on one tank without having to change it, unless I forget and leave the grill on. This is much more convenient than the little disposable cylinders. I still carry one for a spare.
We also had a regulator failure last year, at 3 years old. Weber replaced the regulator and sent a new propane hose for the tank at N/C. They sent a UPS pickup tag for the old hose and regulator. Weber has great customer service.

If you don't have the cover you may want to invest in one of them. When we are in a site for a while we leave it on the wheeled stand upright with the cover on it. You might also think about some means for supplying propane from larger tanks. I got the wheeled duffel bag but have never used it so I don't even carry it anymore. I think my next options will be lights and side trays as that was not an option when I made my original purchase.

Based on the responses, we have made a good choice. The griddle and tools were a maybe but now on the have-to-get list with the propane hose and larger tank.
Will the duffle bag hold the Weber rolling cart?

Good luck with you new purchase. Think of us when you grill a steak on it. Don't forget the skewers for the shrimp and maybe a vegetable and a fish 'basket'

One of my projects for next week was to reorganize the items in the basement storage for easier access to high-use items. It is beginning to appear the grill and its new accessories will be on the right side close to the door.
Several of the items mentioned are on the local pickup list (LP hose & tank, spatula and fork system, drip pans) and others are already here (clip-on light, skewers, side of rib eyes...)
If you find yourself downwind of our site around mealtime, we should be easy to find. Thanks for all your help.

I did away with any bottles at all. I added an extend-a-stay (or extend-a-flow - or whatever it is) so I can run my grill right from my motorhome's tank. My tank is at the back edge of my awning, so it works out great, a 12' hose easily gets me to where I set up the grill.
