Hi, I am looking to get a small flat screen
tv. I found one for $237.00 that has good reviews. It is a 19" HDTV by Sanyo.

Can I just hook this up and get a picture?
I don't need cable or satellite?

I just want to put this in our lunch room at work.

It has the analog and digital tuner.

Jo

You'll need at least an antenna and preferably mounted on the roof. Doesn't have to be very tall if its on the roof. You'll only get the local stations of course.

my current analog tv has the rabbit ears.
maybe i'll stop into radio shack and see what
they suggest.
the rabbit ears weren't perfect -but they
did an adequate job!
thanks,
jo

The Silver Sensor antenna that those of us in the biz have all agreed is the hands-down best TV top antenna available. I have one in the office shooting through 100' of building across roughly 25 miles to Mt. Wilson and see all the channels off the hill with readings in the green (whatever that means) on all of the converters I have tested on the desk. They make them with and without pre-amps.
