I've had an AT&T Unite Explore for about 2 weeks. Mine is $20 a month with unlimited data.

I purchased mine on the Best Buy Ebay site. It was here in a couple days. I called ATT, they said they would send me a new SIM card, that took 2 days. I called ATT back after installing the SIM, and within a couple minutes I was up and working. It's been running now for 5 days with no issues.

I have had mine running for a few days off and on, the thing has not updated, it still will not let me change the settings to never shut off, or add any temporary users,

Are you using Internet Explorer? That seems to be the only consistent browser that works for displaying and selecting those options. Mobile browsers and Chrome and Firefox do not work.

The guy at the AT&T store told me I would have the Mobley in about 3 working days. I got an e-mail confirmation that says it will be shipped between May 19th and 25th!

They told me it would be in stock on line on May 1, and I checked at midnight eastern and twice today and it's still out of stock. I think the truth is they have zero idea when these will be back in stock.

Which only makes me sort of thankful I spent all that time jerking around with best buy.

Yeah- I ran into the same problem with Chrome-- switched to IE and all the options showed up.

I'm not sure if you can cancel the order or not but if you can, purchase it from ebay, like the OP mentioned or Best Buy online like others mentioned. I received mine in two days from Best Buy. Everyone warned against buying direct from AT&T for this very problem. Hope they get some in soon - offer ends in July from what I read.

I did purchase mine from Best Buy online. They were similarly clueless about how to activate it and messed up and activated on my current ATT cell account. The people at Best Buy cellular are also under the impression that you can not get this (for free) without having an existing ATT account, which as you know is not true if you are opening a Connected Car account with a 2 year contract. That's why I said if you are buying it from best buy, it's probably less headache to just paying for it outright.

MSHappyCampers is the one that ordered through ATT. I was going to wait until today and get it directly from them, but suspected that it would not be in stock like they said, and it seems as if that instinct was correct.

Also, fwiw, and as an added piece of info about ATT. I received an email a couple of days ago about my grandfathered unlimited LTE plan on my ipad that ATT will now downgrade it to the same plan as the Connected Car. 22gb and potential throttling (guaranteed in my area). Not too happy about that.
