Finally got the portable satellite dish hooked up to my 2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K. What I did was use a diplexor on each end of the coax that goes from tv amplifier to wet bay and is labeled cable. I then used an AB switch to switch from either roof top satellite dish or portable dish. Works great. Now I only hope it works when I hook to cable in a campground.

Another alternative is to run a new cable for the sat dish. It's a simple run from the BR TV compartment to the wet bay. Most RV cabinets are built with space in between or behind to run this sort of stuff.
I did this and also ran cat5 through the rest of the RV.
