I sent an e-mail to AllAmericanDirect and asked several questions about their service and how to qualify for an RV waiver. They did not answer one single question. Instead, I received an e-mail indicating that "Due to the overwhelming response they are experiencing significant delays" etc. and they needed my "Smart Card/Access Card number". They state on their website that they are a "separate company" from Dish Network. I suspect that they are in fact Dish Network creating another company with a different name to skirt around the court ruling that went against them.

If you go to their website and punch in your zip they can tell you if you need a waiver or not. We only need one for NBC. That said we are holding off as customers at present have indicated poor picture quality. They have been broadcasting networks on C band gor years.
